Our boys’ 5-a-side soccer team travelled to Aileach FC, Burnfoot on Thursday, April 21st to play in the Ulster finals of the Large School section. They had to face 3 teams from Cavan, Buncrana and Monaghan and after 3 very tough matches; they emerged as victorious, winning the games, 8-1, 3-2 and 8-1 respectively. They were crowned Ulster champions and they each received a lovely medal and cup for their efforts. They now go on to represent Ulster in the All-Ireland finals on May 11th which will be played in the Aviva stadium in Dublin, which is a fantastic achievement for them. Well done boys!
